Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests (cards, PIN reset, checks, information changes).
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking relationships.
• Educates customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM) to make banking easier.
• Assists team with basic tasks and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Follows bank processes and manages operational risks with sound practices.
• Contributes to achieving branch targets by identifying customer needs and guiding Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on emerging technology and services.
