Qualifications

• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Cash handling and processing transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience on cash line and phone.
• Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and card services.
• Develop relationships with customers and understand their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile/online/ATM).
• Refer complex needs to internal teams and follow bank procedures.
• Support branch team to resolve customer issues and maintain risk controls.
• Meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
