Responsibilities

• Provide consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Fulfills basic servicing requests (cards, PIN changes, checks, information changes).
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on consumer products and digital solutions (mobile/online/ATM).
• Assists team with basic tasks to resolve customer issues and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
