Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication skills across in-person, phone and digital channels.
• Willingness to work Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions.
• Educate customers on standard products and digital solutions.
• Develop relationships and stay informed about customer relationships with the bank.
• Refer complex financial needs to internal experts as appropriate.
• Follow bank processes, regulations and risk management practices.
• Aim to achieve branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Possibly conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and financial needs.
