Regions Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker I in Mobile, AL to deliver an exceptional customer experience on the cash line and over the phone, while helping customers achieve financial wellness. Formación

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels
• Ability to use a computer on a frequent basis, including typing and sustained attention to a monitor
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to twenty (20) pounds

Responsabilidades

• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and other teller transactions with a focus on customer experience
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, PIN changes, checks)
• Develop relationships by staying informed of customer banking needs
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM)
• Support branch team and refer complex needs to specialists
• Follow bank procedures and manage operational risk
• Support branch targets by identifying customer needs and advising Regions' solutions
• Possible outbound calls to educate on technology and financial needs
