Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to build and sustain client relationships.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital banking products and self-service tech.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships across channels (in person, by appointment, virtual).
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital services; recommend suitable solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests and credit applications.
• Partner with branch team to deliver excellent client experience and operational accuracy.
