Qualifications

• Retail banking experience <4 years or equivalent training.
• Strong ability to build relationships and proactively follow up with clients.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customers’ needs while leveraging a digital-first mindset.

Responsibilities
