Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to build strong client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels while promoting digital banking services.

You will assess customer needs, open new accounts, and guide clients to appropriate products and services with a digital-first mindset. You will operate in a compliant environment, including NMLS requirements, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging clients across channels.
• Thorough knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems; basic digital product familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Builds and sustains relationships with clients via in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes basic transactions.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet financial needs and goals.
• Maintain awareness of regulatory requirements and adhere to NMLS/SAFE Act processes as required.
