Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering tailored banking advice and processing routine transactions.

Develop strong client relationships, promote deposit and loan products, and educate clients on digital self-service tools. Collaborate with branch teams to ensure accurate, high-quality service and a digital-first experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically five or more years of retail banking experience or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across multiple channels (in-person, by appointment, virtual).
• Provide counsel on deposit and loan products and services to meet clients’ goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process basic transactions.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools to enhance the client experience.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and excellence.
