Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trust-based client relationships across in-person, appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, educate clients on products, and process basic transactions while promoting digital self-service tools.

The role requires NMLS registration and adherence to banking policies and procedures. You will work with branch teams to deliver an excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Ability to build relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Knowledge of digital banking products and self-service tools.
• Familiarity with branch policies, procedures and support systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients via in-person, appointment, and virtual channels to provide banking counsel.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services and propose solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Collaborate with branch team and partners to serve clients efficiently.
• Promote digital products and self-service options to meet client needs.
