Job summary

Qualifications

• NMLS registration required or pursued as part of role.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for clients based on their needs and digital channel preferences.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service options to meet financial goals.
• Maintains knowledge of bank products and collaborates with branch team.
