Job summary

You will work from a U.S. Bank location and support a digital-first banking experience. The role requires NMLS registration under SAF E Act and Regulation Z, with background and credit checks as part of the process.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related retail banking experience.
• Ability to build and foster relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
