Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to engage clients across multiple channels, opening accounts and guiding them through digital tools. You will build trust, assess needs, and offer appropriate banking solutions with a digital-first mindset.

This role requires NMLS registration and a 5-day-per-week on-site schedule at a U.S. Bank location. You will collaborate with branch teams, educate clients on available products, and leverage digital services to enhance the client experience while

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and proactive outreach with clients.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities
