Job summary

U.S. Bank seeks Relationship Bankers to build trusted relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, and guide clients toward digital tools.

You'll open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on self-service features while collaborating with branch teams to deliver exceptional service. This role requires a strong focus on customer relationships and accurate processing.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Familiarity with consumer and business banking products and services and digital banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies client needs and recommends appropriate banking solutions.
• Process basic transactions and open consumer or business accounts.
• Educate clients on digital tools and self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver an optimal client experience.
