Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by-appointment, and virtual channels. You will assess needs, recommend deposit and loan products, open accounts, and guide clients through digital tools to enhance their experience.

You will partner with the branch team to deliver accurate service, conduct basic transactions, and support clients with a digital-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act with background and credit checks.
• Typically <4 years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Strong ability to build and foster client relationships through outreach and follow-up.
• Knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually.
• Assess banking needs and recommend deposit and loan solutions.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on digital self-service products and services.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients accurately and efficiently.
