Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual engagements to provide counseling.
• Identifies solutions for clients based on financial needs and channel preferences.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service technologies to meet needs.
