U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and nurture client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels, guiding customers through deposits, loans, and digital services with a trusted, proactive approach.

You will gather customer information, open accounts, process transactions, educate clients on products, and collaborate with branch teams to deliver an exceptional, digital-first banking experience while complying with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Engage and communicate effectively with clients to assess their banking needs.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposits, loans and digital products and services.
• Collaborate with branch team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
