U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels, delivering tailored financial guidance while promoting a digital-first experience.

You’ll open accounts, process service requests, and help clients select deposit and loan products aligned with their goals. Role requires building strong client relationships, educating customers on digital tools, and maintaining knowledge of bank policies and offerings.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to engage and communicate with clients effectively.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.
• Bilingual English and Spanish encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on emerging and self-service digital products and services.
• Identifies solutions for client needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of banking products and services to assist clients.
