You’ll educate clients on digital tools, build trust, and collaborate with branch teams to meet goals and ensure accurate processing of transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related, retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across channels.
• Identifies financial needs and recommends deposit and loan products accordingly.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service banking options.
• Collaborates with branch team to serve clients with accuracy and efficiency.
