U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, explain products, and recommend tailored solutions to meet each customer’s goals.

The role emphasizes a digital-first mindset, collaboration with branch teams, and delivering accurate service while maintaining compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Basic requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a mix of experience and training.
• Preferred: proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; experience with digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients across multiple channels.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital banking products and services; engages customers to meet financial needs.
• Collaborates with branch teams to deliver excellent client experience with accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintains knowledge of banking products and policies to advise clients effectively.
