You will assess customers’ banking needs, open accounts, process transactions, and educate clients on deposit and loan products while guiding them toward digital self-service options. Qualifications

• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related retail banking experience
• Strong client relationship skills and trust-building
• Ability to educate clients on digital products and services
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems
• Experience with sales campaigns/promotions and cross-selling

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up across channels
