Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for our clients – elevate the client experience.
• Strong communication and ability to tailor product benefits to client needs.
• Adhere to risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma or GED; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them regularly to build lasting relationships and tailor financial recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to specialists for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
