• Manage assigned clients; meet in person or by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and build trust; listen actively.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products/procedures quickly and connect clients to experts for complex needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
