JPMorgan Chase in Michigan is seeking a Relationship Banker to join a Chase Branch. You will welcome clients, use the latest banking solutions and fintech to address financial needs, and help build lasting relationships through attentive service.

You will manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone, collaborate with a team of experts, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements, including weekend and some evening hours.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or related industry.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone conversations.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete training requirements.
• High school degree or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing requirements (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses) with JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
