Job summary

JPMorganChase & Co. is seeking a Relationship Banker for our branch in the United States. You will represent the brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions to meet clients' needs and support branch success.

The role requires engaging with clients to understand financial goals, educate on digital banking tools, and collaborate with a team of experts to fulfill specialized needs. Weekend/evening hours are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in acquiring new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while maintaining a consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, 63 (if required) and Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients, meeting with them in person and by phone to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and anticipate client needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to support banking needs anytime.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult with clients and connect them to experts for complex needs.
• Comply with policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
