In this role, you will build lasting relationships, manage assigned clients, and collaborate with experts to address complex financial needs, while adhering to all regulatory and risk requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• High school diploma or GED.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, and state registration (63 if required) and Life licenses are minimum requirements.
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
• Licenses must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and build trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
