Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve relationships.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Team collaboration with partners and specialists.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions across savings, borrowing, and investing needs.
• Help customers achieve personal financial goals and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Introduce digital and mobile-first ways to handle banking transactions via app or ATMs.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups.
• Adhere to all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
