Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular full-time teller/service associate to provide a distinctive client experience, process transactions accurately, and identify clients' financial needs. You will support outbound calls and assist with IRM activities.

You will educate clients on digital banking and self-service options while adhering to policies and quality standards. Training and advancement within Retail Community Bank are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing needs and weekends/extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous conversation and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies, staying compliant with guidelines.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution.
