Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of banking, sales, or related experience; 6 months selling products/services.
• S.A.F.E Act registration for NMLS required at time of employment or within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing a wide range of banking needs in a fast-paced, relationship-focused environment.
• Proactively engage clients to understand needs and recommend products, services, and digital tools.
• Open new accounts and process loan applications for clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Support branch operations and participate in sales and service activities to meet goals.
