Job summary

Truist in Sarasota, FL seeks a regular, English-speaking retail banking professional to deliver industry-leading client service while expanding client relationships and offering tailored financial solutions. You will be cross-trained to perform teller duties when needed and participate in sales initiatives to meet branch targets.

The role emphasizes consultative conversations, referrals to specialists, and ongoing product knowledge training to better serve consumer and business clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 4 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• Must be SAFE compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and varying locales.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel.

• Provide industry leading client service and expand client relationships.
