Truist in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Regular, English-speaking professional to deliver an industry-leading client service experience both in person and on the phone. You will develop and expand client relationships by offering financial solutions based on consultative conversations and referrals to other partners.

This role includes cross-training to perform teller duties as needed, meeting branch sales targets, and ongoing learning of sales techniques and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office.
• SAFE compliance with Mortgage Licensing Act within 30 days.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and travel as needed.
• Weekend and/or extended hours availability with potential travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone.
• Develop and expand client relationships with consultative conversations.
• Refer clients to partners for additional growth opportunities.
• Cross-train to perform teller duties as needed.
• Contribute to meeting branch sales targets through product recommendations.
• Participate in team sales routines and continuous learning.
• Advise on consumer lending options and loan applications.
