Job summary

First National Bank in Girard, PA is hiring a Relationship Banker to support consumer banking transactions, account servicing, and lending activities at the primary office and other market locations as needed. You will greet customers, identify needs, promote bank products, and drive weekly sales/referral goals while upholding FNB policies and core values.

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, analytical and detail-oriented abilities.
Proficient PC skills and basic MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint).
Knowledge of banking policies, consumer products and sales experience a plus.
NMLS identifier preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Promotes the sales process by greeting customers, identifying needs and leveraging leads.
Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products and services.
Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers and applicants.
Perform routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
Adhere to risk management and regulatory compliance requirements.
