Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promotes the sales process by greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into interactions.
• Use branch technology and input data for referrals and applications.
• Manage new and existing relationships per consumer banking standards.
• Perform routine teller transactions and related tasks according to policies.
• Support risk management and compliance with regulations.
