The role emphasizes achieving client-service and sales targets while maintaining strong knowledge of products, policies, and compliance. Weekend/hours flexibility and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of client sales and service experience
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment in this role, including NMLS background check
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by offering products and services to develop, expand and retain relationships
• Supports team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring more complex client needs to internal specialists
• Participates in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines as applicable
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through meetings and training
• Advises on consumer lending options and takes loan applications
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies; stays informed of policy changes
• Ensures consistent client service experience by greeting clients and assisting them in navigation within the branch
