• Experience sourcing and prospecting for new clients
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days, including NMLS background check
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and occasional weekends/hours

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets
• Supports team sales process by consulting with clients and referring complex needs to internal specialists
