Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular Teller/Client Service associate in the United States (Florida). The role emphasizes timely, accurate client transactions and superior service to identify financial needs.

The candidate will cross-train to support sales and service activities, including outbound calls and IRM collaboration. Education and customer-focused experience are required, with flexibility for weekend/extended hours and some travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation, and handling complex transactions with assistance as needed.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking to enhance their service experience.
• Support team sales by outbound client outreach, checking for offers, and identifying needs or opportunities for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ needs.
• Participate in the Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and related activities.
• Commit to advancing product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies and stay informed of policy changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and problem resolution, handling workload per branch demands.
