Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with accurate, thorough handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital banking options like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound outreach and identifying client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
• Commit to advancing product knowledge and adhere to policies and controls.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
