Job summary

Truist in Key West is seeking a Regular, full-time teammate to deliver an industry-leading client service experience both in person and over the phone, while developing and expanding client relationships. You may be cross-trained to assist teller duties as needed to support branch goals.

In this role you will conduct consultative conversations, contribute to meeting service and sales targets, refer complex needs to specialists, and stay compliant with internal controls and policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of client sales and service experience.
• Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• SAFE compliance within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background checks.

Responsibilities

• Exercises advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions.
• Contributes to meeting or exceeding client service and branch sales targets by expanding relationships.
• Supports team sales process by referring complex client needs to internal specialists.
• Participates in the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advances knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge through training.
• Assists with consumer lending options and loan applications.
• Adheres to internal controls and risk management policies and updates knowledge accordingly.
• Engages clients with courteous service during transactions and helps navigate the branch.
