Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of cash handling, sales or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive work environment and provide exceptional customer service.
• Identify sales opportunities and perform account transactions.
• Meet with customers in person and via phone to discuss banking needs.
• Initiate outbound calls for onboarding and prospecting new Retail customers.
• Promote Bank products and services to customers and referrals.
• Support branch manager in outside sales activities and community initiatives.
