Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
• Role-specific experience: Relationship Banker: 1+ years in retail, sales, service, or client-facing experience (banking experience a plus, not required); Relationship Banker II: 1+ years of banking experience with working knowledge of financial products and demonstrated consultative sales and lending capability.
