Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and deepen client relationships through personalized financial advice and solutions, across multiple locations within a market. The role focuses on understanding client needs and connecting clients with Old National’s full range of products and services.

Responsibilities include proactive outreach, delivering a high-quality client experience, and contributing to banking center growth through sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and deliver strong client service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• NMLS registered or eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
• Execute transactions and servicing activities accurately and in compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Follow established procedures to protect clients and the bank, including fraud prevention and risk awareness practices.
• Maintain strong attention to detail in all client interactions and operational activities.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall performance.
• Participate in community activities and outreach efforts to build relationships and generate new business.
• Continuously develop skills and knowledge to improve performance and client outcomes.

Education
