Job summary

Old National Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and deepen client relationships by delivering personalized financial advice and solutions. You will understand client needs and connect them to Old National’s full range of products and services to support financial goals.

You will drive proactive outreach, meaningful conversations, and effective problem resolution while maintaining a high-quality client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Identify opportunities to introduce additional products and services to meet client goals.
• Partner with internal specialists to connect clients to broader capabilities when appropriate.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent client experience across all interactions.
