Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or client-facing environment is desirable.
• NMLS registration or eligibility to register is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow client relationships by understanding needs and providing personalized financial solutions.
• Proactively engage clients through outreach, follow-up, and ongoing relationship management.
• Meet performance goals including account growth, lending, referrals, and digital adoption.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and support overall performance.
• Ensure transactions and servicing activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
