Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in banking, retail, sales, or a client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
• Ability to recommend financial products and operate within banking policies (NMLS may be required).
