Job summary

JPMorganChase, a leading financial services company, is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand in a Chase Branch. You will acquire, manage, and retain client relationships using your financial knowledge and the latest banking solutions.

You will help clients by explaining products, guiding them to digital tools, and collaborating with specialists to meet their financial needs while adhering to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success in establishing new clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to clients.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and deliver consistent client experience.
• Operate within risk parameters and meet compliance obligations, including required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if needed), and Life licenses; obtain within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations - deliver attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them, both in person and over the phone, to build lasting relationships, understand financial needs, and tailor product and service recommendations.
• Engage in clear, polite, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust – ask questions and listen to understand, anticipate their needs.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as leveraging the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to help them with their banking needs whenever, wherever, and however they want.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly and accurately to effectively consult with clients about banking solutions, as well as collaborate with and connect them to our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
