Job summary

Qualifications

• Background check including fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and banking experience in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments, referrals, and outbound follow-ups.
• Educate customers on bank products, deposits, loans, and digital banking tools.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies and security procedures.
