Job summary

F.N.B. Corporation’s Retail team is looking for a Relationship Banker in New Castle, PA. You will support consumer banking transactions, service accounts, and lending activities while delivering exceptional customer care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote the sales process by greeting customers and identifying needs.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products.
• Achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by the Branch Manager.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and risk-management requirements.
• May work at multiple locations within the market.
