Responsibilities

• Promote sales by greeting customers, identifying needs, and leveraging leads.
• Make recommendations in selling and cross-selling bank products.
• Identify and achieve weekly sales/referral goals set by Branch Manager.
• Incorporate FNB digital products into customer interactions.
• Input and maintain data quality for referrals, customers, and applicants.
• Perform routine teller transactions and other operational tasks.
• Support risk management by following policies and procedures.
