Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers through in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services; recommend solutions based on goals.
• Open new consumer and business accounts; process service requests and credit applications.
• Educate clients on digital products and self-service tools; leverage resources for excellent client experiences.
