Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Typically has less than four years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and digital banking services.
• Provide accurate information and navigate banking policies to serve clients efficiently.
